SLIDING SHUTTERS WITH METAL FRAME

For the villa in Dolní Břežany we specially designed and constructed sliding, folding and swing shutters with a metal frame. The shutters react to solar conditions and the entire shading system is automated by EIB / KNX system. The tilting slats are made of Canadian cedar and the galvanized frame is powder paint coated. The anthracite shade of the frames, the natural cedar structure, and the window shutters synchronisation with the household intelligence system creates the perfect blend of design and technology for modern architecture. This project for Marani Architects was a great challenge and a prestigious award from AIA Continental Europe for a successful design solution and the creativity of the villa made us very happy.
